The SGI-USA West Territory Rock Band will be open to all youth division members who are interested in learning or already play the electric guitar, electric bass, keyboards, and drum set while having amazing breakthroughs in faith!

Gearing up towards the July rock the era culture festival at the Long Beach Arena the rock band will focus on developing an original piece of music that will utilize many different musical textures and techniques. The rock band will also be working towards a dynamic collaboration with the rap/spoken word group where the rock band will perform live musical beats for the rappers to flow over (kind of like the band the Roots).

Through rock band every youth will not only learn how rock on their given instrument but also how to rock in their lives. The SGI-USA West Territory rock band will truly rock with the beat of our mentor’s heart!
